Transitioning from middle school to high school is not an easy thing to do. This year’s freshmen have managed to survive their first year of high school. Talking to some of CV’s freshmen, we gathered their thoughts on their experience of being a CV student. We asked them 3 questions. Here’s what they responded with. 

What do you enjoy most about CV?

The teachers, students, and learning environment is inviting – Kiran

What are some advice for incoming Freshman?

Try to get into the flow as soon as possible, time will move quickly – Kiran

Keep track of your assignments and get enough sleep – Shane

Learn which rooms your classes are in before school starts. Memorize your class schedule ASAP, try and pick electives that you’ll enjoy – Navelle

Take like classes that are going to challenge you, explore different extracurricular and clubs because if you don’t you are going to regret it – Evelena
