Alex Gough’s amendment to require fundraising before a club can request money from Student Council faced barriers when a quorum was not present for the vote. This means, according to the constitution, 4 representatives from each grade must be present for a vote. Ironically this rule was introduced by Gough last semester. Absent representatives were summoned and the amendment passed unanimous minus one. Clubs will now have to divide proof of $100 fundraised for the current school year to be allowed to request money.
